He holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island, an MBA in Strategy and Innovation from Vanderbilt University, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur. Throughout his career, Dr. Kota has demonstrated a strong entrepreneurial spirit — founding and leading technology ventures such as MLPowersAI, which delivers custom AI/ML solutions for real-world business applications across industries. His work focuses on applying machine learning models for process optimization, predictive analytics, and business transformation, directly aligning with the decarbonization and sustainability mission of Decarbonization, LLC.
